Aldi Mother's Day Gifts

It can't have escaped your attention that it is Mother's Day this Sunday. I tend to stick to the traditional flowers or chocolates but having seen Aldi's great range of Mother's Day gifts I think I will be breaking with tradition and surprising my Mum and Mark's Mum with something different this year.

Mark's Mum is a member of the Ramblers so this handy flask will be perfect for taking out on walks. It will easily fit in her rucksack and is a bargain at just £4.99. I like the purple and pink colour combination and I'm sure she will do too.

My Mum doesn't own a computer and still writes letters to her friends so this set of four notepads would make a lovely gift for her. The largest notepad is slightly smaller than A5, it has a pretty floral pattern across the top and is lined, a huge help when letter writing. The four notepads graduate down in size and all have a similar floral design.

The blue notepad is lined and is the perfect size for shopping lists and the unlined notepads would be perfect to have by the telephone or on a coffee table for jotting down messages.

Prosecco is a popular drink and Aldi have Valdobbiadene Prosecco in store, light and refreshing it goes especially well with with cake! A bottle costs £7.49

If you still need to buy your Mum a gift then I suggest you pop down to Aldi and have a look at their Mother's Day gift selection. The gifts are all reasonably priced and you can pick then up when you are doing your weekly shop which for busy Mums like me is a real bonus!
